Strategically located in Brussels near the premises of the European Commission, Phrenos manages a variety of projects, ranging from PR and social media-focused strategies, event implementation to public affairs and stakeholder campaigns.
Since 2010, Phrenos has managed an extensive variety of projects for EU Institutions, ranging from world exhibitions, PR and social media-focused strategies, to public affairs and stakeholder campaigns, and Brussels-based events. Our connection to the Zeitgeist, as reflected in Phrenos’ nomination for the famed Sabre Awards 2019 for the SheIsWe EDD18 campaign, provides the capacity to constantly reinvent communication campaigns and the key messages we wish to vehicle.
Recently, Phrenos was ranked among the top 25 of the Best Employers in EU Affairs by the Trusted Jobs Ranking, at the POLITICO Awards Ceremony and was nominated Gazelles 2020 in Brussels (a recognition awarded to quick-growth companies) by the economic newspaper Trends-Tendance.
Phrenos offers end-to-end event management services, from concept and programme development, to logistics and delivery. Digital needs such as web development, video production and shareable graphics can also be met by our in-house team. Our extensive experience spans forums, seminars, summits, exhibitions and public events.
Phrenos has a direct access to all sorts of think tanks (Friends of Europe, Centre for European Policy Studies, Centre for the New Europe, European Policy Centre…) and university networks (College of Europe, Université Libre de Bruxelles, Vrije Universiteit Brussel, Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management, European Institute at the London School of Economics…) which have for almost all of them an office in Brussels.
Phrenos is based in Belgium but its outreach spans worldwide; it has led projects in Ethiopia, Ivory Coast, Senegal as well as in many European Member states.
